Q: Can I buy direct from Joe's, online?
A: Yes, you may visit our online store by selecting the 'Shop Online' tab above, or by visiting our ebay store Resurrection Gear.  You may also simply phone or email, and we will arrange sales over the phone.

Q: Will you ship to my address across North America, or overseas?
A: Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world, and we have a 100% record of your items arriving quickly and safely. Please note: Due to Dealer contracts, some new items are only available for customers within the USA; please inquire.

Q: What about special requests and orders?
A: We specialize in handling your unique requests, and in helping you to find that elusive vinyl, CD, or your dream music gear.  Contact our Team today!

Q: Do you offer instrument repair?
A: Yes, we have an on-site repair and service facility equipped to handle guitar, amp and other instrument repairs, Pro-setup, and mods. We also service band instruments. Click on the Services tab above for more information and contact us regarding your needs.

A: We have four of the finest teachers in the Northwest working at our in-store music studios. They cater their instruction to your skill level, music preference and personal goals.  Lessons are truly fun and highly valued.
